We're looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join one of our cross-functional product teams. You'll be instrumental in designing and building scalable web applications and features that help businesses across the globe work smarter and more efficiently.

The gross annual compensation for this role ranges between €65,000–€75,000 depending on experience, with structured salary growth each year.

About You

You're a Ruby on Rails expert with a passion for clean code and well-architected solutions. You love building features end-to-end and enjoy working closely with designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3–5+ years of production-level experience with Ruby on Rails

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Experience with sidekiq, background jobs, and Rails performance optimizations

• Familiarity with writing tests using RSpec

• Experience integrating third-party APIs

• Comfort working in distributed teams and excellent communication skills

Bonus if you’ve worked with React or other front-end frameworks, but it’s not required.
