The gross annual compensation for this role is €60,000–€72,000, depending on experience. We offer structured annual raises to support long-term career growth.

About You

You are a natural planner and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You can balance multiple campaigns, coordinate teams across time zones, and keep stakeholders informed—all while staying calm and focused.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management

• A strong track record of delivering complex marketing campaigns on time and on budget

• Solid understanding of content, digital, and performance marketing

• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Bonus: experience working in a remote-first SaaS company

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers

• Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met

• Track and report on key campaign metrics

• Support campaign testing, iteration, and optimization

• Coordinate product launches and promotional events
