We're hiring a Customer Support Lead to build and lead a world-class support team that delivers thoughtful, fast, and personal help to users around the globe. You’ll shape the support strategy, mentor a growing team, and ensure every interaction reflects our values.

Annual compensation: €60,000–€70,000, with annual reviews and performance-based growth.

We're now looking for a strong leader to scale our support function while keeping it human-centered.


About You


You’re a calm, thoughtful problem-solver who thrives on helping others succeed. You care deeply about customer experience and enjoy guiding teams toward continuous improvement.

You bring:

  • 3+ years experience in customer support or success roles, including team leadership

  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Familiarity with helpdesk platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk

  • Comfort analyzing support data and turning it into actionable insights

  • A passion for building empathetic, user-focused support systems


What You'll Do

  • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed support team

  • Design support workflows, SLAs, and escalation processes

  • Track key metrics (CSAT, first response time, resolution rate) and iterate for improvement

  • Maintain and expand a knowledge base to empower both users and team members

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report bugs and surface user feedback

  • Hire, onboard, and mentor support team members as we grow
